Sliding doors can be used in place of hinged or pivot doors. Straight sliding doors offer the same functionality and space division in a variety of widths with a small operational footprint.
Single Sliding Door
Mounted onto a single track, single sliding doors can be recessed inside a wall to be concealed or they can be designed to slide out of the way to rest along side the wall to be visible when open or closed while still opening up the entrance completely so views are not blocked.
Bi-Parting Sliding Door
A similar one track system with two doors that are opened from the center by pushing both doors or one door or either door left or right.

We have installed beautiful and contemporary glass office doors on sliding door tracks that are attached to glass demountable office walls, as well as on entrances with traditional drywall. When installed properly with professionally designed hardware systems, lateral opening, straight sliding door systems are quiet and roll smoothly. Straight sliding door systems can be built to hold most any weight door. Doors are secured at the top only. Once the sliding door hardware is installed the door is lifted onto the hardware and is ready for use. Our simple wheel and rail system has encapsulated ball bearings with two nylon wheels that reduce noise when door is open or closed.
